For over a decade, I’ve worked across industries in operations, business management, and entrepreneurship from running offices to launching my own ventures. Along the way, I learned what it takes to keep a business alive under pressure, but I also discovered what traps founders in endless hustle and survival mode.

That’s why I created Grit Truly Agency not just as a consultancy, but as a movement. A space where founders and visionaries reclaim their agency, elevate their internal operating systems, and step into a new paradigm of business: one where success is measured not only by revenue, but by clarity, freedom, and impact.

I blend lived experience, proven systems, and clarity frameworks with a philosophy rooted in conscious capitalism.
